The Crisis Center administers Nassau County’s 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, providing compassionate, around-the-clock support to individuals in crisis and helping save countless lives each year. Its mission is to serve the most vulnerable and giving a voice to those who need one most.
Since 2016, Team Nassau County Legal Aid Society has raised over $25,000 in support of the Long Island Crisis Center and Pride for Youth. Thank you to everyone who has contributed over the years—your kindness has made a real difference.
The walk takes place along the beautiful Long Beach Boardwalk, beginning at Laurelton Boulevard on Sunday Morning, October 4th at 10:30 a.m. Now in its 18th year, the walk is more than a fundraiser — it’s a movement. Hundreds of individuals and families gather each fall on the Long Beach Boardwalk to walk side by side, carrying a shared message of hope, healing, and community.
If you are unable to attend, consider making a donation to Team Legal Aid Society of Nassau County in whatever amount you are comfortable giving.
